For the Sixth Edition of the Annual Nepal AI School 2025, the applicants are required to attend the event onsite.

Eligible Applicants

• Undergraduates, graduates, and PhD students with a background in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Mathematics or related fields.

• Working engineers/professionals in relevant disciplines.

• Academics with an interest in AI.

Application Documents Checklist

The document checklist for the complete application is as  follows:

1.  CV / Resume with your qualifications, experiences, achievements & skills (Required for all categories).

2. Evidence ID or Document (Required for student or start-up employees).

   • Student evidence: Proof that you are currently registered in an academic institution or awaiting final results
     (ID card with a valid date or official letter from the institution, or Most Recent exam admit card or most recent transcript)

   • Start-up Employee Evidence: Current employer website and a letter from the start-up.

3. Response to the Application Questions that demonstrates your background, experiences, and motivation to apply for AI School (Required if you are a scholarship applicant; Encouraged even if you are not applying for a scholarship).

Please attach all required documents as a single PDF file when completing the application form.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. 

Application Deadlines

The application deadline for Sixth ANAIS is 15th November 2025.

• Limited Scholarship and travel grants, in the form of full or partial registration fee waivers, are available only to full-time students who are not currently employed in the industry. For more details, please refer to the application form and FAQs.

The registration fee includes access to all 10 days of lectures and lab sessions, the organised hiking activities, as well as lunch and light refreshments during tea breaks.
